Brookes Homecare Services
BHS provides domiciliary care for people recovering from illness or living with a long term condition. This is a user focused service serving communities in London and beyond. We use competent staff that are well trained, passionate to the work they do and regularly supervised and monitored. Our priority is to ensure the welfare of our service users, and to protect them from harm and possible risks of inappropriate care and support.
Referral Process – Sources of referral could be local Health Authorities, private individuals, and other organisations.
Our well-trained professional carers offer a range of tailored live-in-care services, with everything from lifestyle support, companionship, personal elderly care, domestic duties and social activities as outlined above, as well as specialist personal care of other complex conditions.
We offer a respite service that will enable you to take a deserved break with perfect peace of mind, knowing that our carers will give love and special attention to your loved one when you are away.
We provide services to single individuals and couples, enabling them to stay together for longer without the challenge of having to care for each other. So, staying at home with our care is a key option to consider for possible uptakes.
BHS works effectively with health and medical professionals to ensure that a well-coordinated communication is established for an optimum care planning and service delivery.
We aim to ease disruptive challenges faced by many clients of the health sector, by keeping people at home for as long as preferred by the family or the individual clients or couples.
