Why Us

In line with industry and CQC Best Practice standards, we continue to provide for continuous professional development of our carers, in order to ensure that they have up to date knowledge and skills, to deliver high standard of care to our clients. We are here to help, and to ensure that we do everything in our power to achieve the satisfaction of our clients.

Continual self service assessment

We continually review and evaluate our services through a Self-Service Assessment system. Nonetheless, feedback from our service users and network remains crucial in our quest for continuous improvement of our services. Proactively, we also consult with the family/next-of-kin, commissioners at senior level, statutory health and care sector staff for feedback on our work with them and the clients, in order to help us to improve the quality of care we provide.

That process assists us to continue improving our services regularly, implementing it in a robust, simple and consistent manner to monitor and audit our service standards, in every part of our organisation. It is what each individual does each day that delivers on our commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety. Indeed, at BHS, Safety and Service quality remains central to our everyday care provision.
